Avalonian Roads Group Tracking

Run 4-man veteran tracking on the Roads of Avalon. Strong groups rotate Golem, Dawnbird, Panther, Werewolf, and Rare Quarry hunts. The profit calculator uses average loot from a real ~22 kill session: panther fur, dawnbird feathers, spirit remains, body parts, ancient stones/souls, and rare quarry bags, plus low-chance shapeshifter remnants.

Tracking income is RNG-heavy

Rare remnant drops can make one hour look amazing, but dry streaks are normal. Top Roads groups rotate Golem, Dawnbird, Panther, Werewolf, and Rare Quarry hunts rather than farming one target. Use Expected profit for planning, Good for clean mixed-rotation routes (~700-750k group loot per kill), and Lucky profit only as upside.

Profit scenario

Calibrated to ~4.95M per player (~19.8M group) in a 3.6 hr reference session (~22 kills). Remnants are averaged into the loot table.

Mixed veteran hunts on Avalonian Roads (~6.1 kills/hr from a 3.6 hr reference session). Expected loot is calibrated to ~4.95M per player (~19.8M group) in that session.

All loot values below are group totals unless labeled per player. Per-player profit = adjusted net group profit ÷ 4.

Downtime & risk assumptions (conservative defaults)

Group loot is split across 4 players in this model (equal split). Tax applies to gross sell value. Repairs and deaths are modeled per player then summed. Downtime and failed hunts reduce effective uptime; they are not double-counted with consumables.

Requirements

  • Party of 4-5 for veteran targets on Avalonian Roads (4 players is common)
  • One tracker with a T7 Tracking Toolkit (covers Golem, Dawnbird, Panther, and Werewolf via tier +1)
  • Tracking Mastery plus target specializations for the veteran hunts you rotate
  • Tank, healer, and 2 DPS in full-loot PvP gear for Roads black zones
  • Beef Sandwich, Major Healing Potions, Major Gigantify, invisibility potions for Roads escapes

Step-by-Step

  1. 1

Form a fixed 4-man group: 1 tracker (starts hunts), 1 tank (Incubus Mace + Guardian), 1 healer (Fallen Staff), 2 DPS (Wildfire Staff or Crystal Reaper). Share voice comms; track study and engage timing matter.

  2. 2

Enter Avalonian Roads from a royal city or Brecilien portal. The tracker equips a T7 Tracking Toolkit and uses it on Roads maps to reveal tracks in a large radius.

  3. 3

Study tracks with the toolkit in inventory. Clear any guard mobs before studying. Party members can study together to shorten the timer; veteran tracks require 4-8 players in party.

  4. 4

Follow the highlighted region on the map through each hunt step. Deal enough damage before the hidden flee timer or the target escapes to the next zone. HP carries between steps.

  5. 5

Rotate veteran hunts as tracks appear. Take Golem, Dawnbird, Panther, Werewolf, and Rare Quarry hunts on your Roads loop (~6-8 kills/hr when travel and banking are fast).

  6. 6

Rare Quarries (Earthdaughter, Harvester of Souls, Shadowmask) are worth detours when tracks appear. They add Black Market loot on top of normal remains and essences.

  7. 7

Bank after every successful kill. Roads are full-loot black zones; carry invisibility potions and remount quickly after banking.

  8. 8

Sell Shapeshifter remnants and essences on Caerleon. List Rare Animal Remains in stacks of 100; crafters buy them for Arcane Extracts and war pots.

Pro Tips

  • Do not hard-lock Golem or Dawnbird only. Top Roads groups rotate every veteran track the toolkit reveals.
  • A T7 toolkit covers Golem natively and Dawnbird, Panther, and Werewolf via the tier +1 rule. You do not need a T8 toolkit for those hunts.
  • Too many players near the engagement zone, even outside it, can spook the target. Keep scouts minimal during the fight.
  • De-aggroing resets the target's HP for the current hunt step. Do not reset progress with bad pulls.
  • Calculator average loot is based on a real ~22 kill Roads session: panther fur, dawnbird feathers, spirit remains, body parts, ancient stones/souls, and rare quarry artifact bags.
  • Competent 4-man groups often land ~6-7 kills/hr with ~650-750k group loot per kill on clean routes.
  • Shapeshifter remnants are the main silver swing but drop rarely. Log 30-50 kills before you trust your personal average.
  • Use Expected for planning, Good for above-average clean routes, and Lucky only for remnant jackpot hours.
  • Per-player profit = group loot minus consumables, tax, repairs, deaths, and downtime, split across your party size (default 4).
